HOW DOES MONOGRAMMING SERVICE WORK?
Selected Bagpad products are available for monogramming.
The initials will be 6cm in height.
Add in the order notes your desired initials or send us an email with the initials you want to have embroidered and your order confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
If you choose to monogram an item, it will be personalised for you and therefore changes, returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW DOES SPECIAL ORDER WORK?
Special orders can be made for any designer bags. You need to provide us with the brand, model and size of the handbag. Special orders cannot be changed or returned. Bagpad withholds the right to refuse or cancel an order at any point.
